Welcome to our website which explains our exciting proposals to transform the Rom Valley Way Retail Park and Seedbed Centre, into much needed new high-quality homes, modern business space, and a range of new play and public open spaces. Our proposals will also deliver a long awaited new primary school for Romford.

Two planning applications have been submitted to Havering Council to transform the Rom Valley Way Retail Park and Seedbed Centre, into much needed new high-quality homes, modern business space, and a range of new play and public open spaces. The proposals will also deliver a long awaited new primary school, along with the space for a new local medical facility.

The planning applications have been influenced by feedback received as a result of consultation, which has reduced the proposed height of several of the buildings by two storeys, reduced the number of homes by 20 and seen the inclusion of space for a medical centre.
